These terms describe use of the website, Timebird for Mac, account and booking features provided by Timebird, based in the United Arab Emirates. Read these together with our Privacy notice, Cookie policy and Billing & cancellation policy. Contact hello@timebird.space with questions.
02Your account
Use accurate account information and only sign in through accounts you are authorized to use. Keep your password and recovery links private. Let us know if you believe someone has gained unauthorized access.
You must be at least 13, meet any higher minimum age required where you live, and have the legal capacity to enter an agreement, or the authorization required under the law that applies to you. You remain responsible for activity you authorize through your account. If you are a minor, obtain any required parent or guardian permission. You must be an adult with legal capacity, or have an authorised adult, to purchase a subscription.
03Using Timebird thoughtfully
Use the service lawfully. Do not attempt to access another person’s information, interfere with the service, bypass security controls, distribute malicious software, or use Timebird to send abusive or unsolicited content. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.
04Your plans and content
You retain ownership of the content you provide. You authorize the limited processing, storage and transfer needed to provide the features you request. Only provide content you have the right to use.
Timebird’s own software, branding, and original website materials remain the property of their respective owners. These terms do not transfer ownership of those materials.
05Previews and suggestions
The website includes interactive demonstrations with fictional plans. Demo edits are not a backup, a live calendar connection, or a saved account workspace. They reset when the page is reloaded.
Review dates, time zones, and assistant suggestions before relying on them. Feature previews illustrate product behavior; access to a feature depends on what has been released for your account.
06Assistant actions and your review
The assistant uses AI and can misunderstand a request, invent a detail or make a time-zone error. Review event titles, dates, invitees, calendar selection and proposed changes before confirming. When you authorise an action, Timebird may create, update or delete information in the connected service. Changes can affect other invitees.
Assistant responses are planning assistance, not professional medical, legal or financial advice. Third-party availability, account permissions and provider restrictions can affect results. See the Privacy notice for the information shared with the AI provider.
07Sharing and booking time
Hosts authorise Timebird to publish the availability they select, check connected calendars and create confirmed appointments, invitations and Google Meet conferences. Offering a window does not itself create an event. Guests must use accurate details, control the email they verify and book only appointments they intend to attend.
Share booking links deliberately and keep private management links secure. Use the provided cancellation or rescheduling link to change an appointment. Availability can change before confirmation; a time is booked only when Timebird confirms it. A calendar invitation can precede the generation of its Meet link. Hosts remain responsible for the appointment’s content and any separate agreement with the guest. Timebird does not collect payment for appointments or guarantee a host’s attendance.
08Plans and billing
The advertised prices are $5.99 per month or $49.99 per year, in USD. Creating an account or using the website preview does not itself authorize a charge.
Creem processes subscription checkout and billing. Eligible new accounts receive one 7-day free trial with a card required and no subscription payment due today. At the end of the trial, your selected monthly or yearly plan renews automatically at the checkout price, plus applicable taxes. Timebird has no ongoing free plan.
Cancel through Manage subscription in your account before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. A scheduled cancellation keeps access until the displayed period end; canceled, expired or unpaid subscriptions do not provide continued access. Signing out or uninstalling does not cancel a subscription. Checkout shows the applicable price, taxes, renewal and refund information. For billing questions, contact hello@timebird.space. 09Connected services
Google, Apple, Supabase, and any service you choose to connect have their own terms and availability. Connecting one requires the permissions shown in its authorization flow. OpenAI, Resend and Creem also provide assistant, email and billing services. Footer logos identify independent destinations and do not imply a partnership or endorsement. We cannot guarantee that a third-party service will remain available or unchanged.
10Availability and responsibility
Services can be interrupted, and previews may change as the product develops. Keep independent copies of information you cannot afford to lose. Do not use Timebird as the only system for emergency or safety-critical scheduling.
Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. For concerns or disputes, contact us first at hello@timebird.space so we can try to resolve them. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a waiver of consumer rights or an exclusive court venue.
11Leaving and changes
You can stop using the website at any time. To ask about an account or deletion of personal information, contact hello@timebird.space. Handling of personal information is described in the Privacy notice.
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be identified before they take effect where required. The date at the top identifies this version.
