A calmer Today screen.
Your next plan, top priorities and breathing room, in one daily overview.
The idea
A calendar week is useful for the big picture, but sometimes you just need to know what’s ahead today. We want a compact overview that brings your next event, a few priorities and useful free stretches together without making you scan the whole week.
A short daily briefing could highlight a busy morning, an approaching deadline or an overlap that needs attention. It should be grounded in the calendar and tasks you’ve chosen to include, with direct links back to the relevant items.
You would choose whether Timebird opens into Today or the familiar calendar. The overview is meant to be a helpful starting point, with a quick path into planning, joining a meeting or finding time for the next small thing.
What we want to add
- Next event and three chosen priorities
- Useful free stretches and deadline reminders
- A concise briefing with links to its sources
- Choose Today or Calendar as your starting screen
How it could feel
Three classes today. You have 80 minutes free after lunch. Your assignment is due tomorrow.
Getting the details right
A quiet overview should surface what helps you act. We want to avoid turning it into a crowded dashboard or generating a briefing that suggests more certainty than the underlying data supports.
