Take Timebird along.
Today, quick capture, meeting links and reminders, designed for your phone.
The idea
A day keeps moving when you leave your desk. We’re exploring a focused mobile companion for the actions that matter most away from the Mac: seeing today, checking what’s next and capturing a task or event before you forget it.
Meeting links, reminders and access to booking links would keep essential actions close at hand. The visual identity should feel familiar, while the layout and touch targets are designed for a phone rather than shrinking the desktop calendar onto a small screen.
The goal is continuity with your existing Timebird account. Calendar data and appropriate account preferences should follow you, while settings specific to a device stay with that device. Platform choices and release timing will be shared here as the scope becomes clearer.
What we want to add
- A phone-sized Today and upcoming view
- Quick task and event capture
- Meeting links, reminders and booking access
- Account continuity and appropriate preference sync
How it could feel
Check what’s next, capture a thought and join your meeting while you’re away from your desk.
Getting the details right
The first mobile experience should work well for a small set of everyday actions. Supported platforms, notification behaviour and offline scope need to be defined before a release date is announced.
